Ayhan Örs
Ayhan was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Turkey’s prominent Boğaziçi University and graduated in 1977. By winning Turkey’s first road marking tender in 1986, he started his career in the traffic safety sector. After successfully completing the tender, he founded Kisan İnşaat A.Ş. in 1989 and has been the Chairman of Kisan since its foundation. He co-founded Kisan Xiaguang in 2018 and is a co-chairman of the Company.
Ayhan is married with two children. He is fluent in Turkish and English.
Zhigong Liu
Zhigong was the technical manager of the first glass bead manufacturer of China. He founded Xiaguang Glass Beads Co., Ltd in 1997. In his leadership, Xiaguang Glass Beads has become one of the largest glass bead suppliers in China. He co-founded Kisan Xiaguang in 2018 and is a co-chairman of the Company.
He has 20 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting glass beads.
Tibet Örs
Tibet was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. He completed the International Baccalaureate program in Koc High School with an emphasis on Math, Science and German. After graduating from Koc High School, he studied System Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania’s (UPenn) School of Engineering and Corporate Finance and Operations Management at UPenn’s prominent Wharton School of Business.
He is fluent in Turkish, English and understands German and Greek. He has a passion for classical music and computer science and enjoys improving the businesses he is involved in.
Dylan Liu
Dylan was born and raised in Beijing, China. He graduated from Nankai University in China. After his graduation, he started his career in Imports and Exports.
He excels at English, Chinese and knows German and Portuguese. He has more than 15 years of experience in sales.
